Applied-Theory Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Applied-Theory ELMS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Applied-Theory ELMS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ELMS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our ELMS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Apw product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the 57160001BH1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ch20015948210G100 manufactured by Asco and we are pleased to be able to service most Asco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 28106406M by Manufacturer Apw as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Abb Brand QHMV307 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Arvin-Diamond such as 5145181045 equipment made by Arvin-Diamond have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Arvin-Diamond products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Arvin-Diamond" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8210G8 made by Asco as well as the popular SC8220G404 original spares produced by Asco
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the APS425CH by Sony and 5145181045 spares by Arvin-Diamond are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0518482 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance-Electric.
