Applied-Theory Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Applied-Theory ELMS and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Applied-Theory ELMS include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the ELMS if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our ELMS repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Aro products, including obsoleted and phased-out Arrow-Hart parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Asc11-Basic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Aro such as the 82309A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AH34133U manufactured by Arrow-Hart and we are pleased to be able to service most Arrow-Hart systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HE693ASC900H by Manufacturer Asc11-Basic as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Arthur Brand VB12C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Applikon such as R20401A00120R20401A00121 equipment made by Applikon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Applikon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Applikon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IDA35335C16VS109C made by Arburg as well as the popular IPBL1AA3E original spares produced by Ascom
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AS1199003 by Asco and R20401A00120R20401A00121 spares by Applikon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 5150 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco.
